找不到表单组件

按照 Getting Started with Reports :: Jmix Documentation的文档操作report sample这个示例。
但是到修改report template时，每次edit都是无效的（右上角却提示成功保存，实则没有），不论怎么改怎么上传，run的时候都是默认格式

另外，author的属性也没有，我之前的操作和文档都是一样的。
